The Bieffe Co SPY spiral cooler consists of a spiral belt system built inside an isolated enclosure. The internal air is continuously cooled and circulated horizontally or vertically over the product. Providing concentrated airflow across the product zone, the Bieffe Co spiral system is designed to chill more uniformly than traditional coolers. The Bieffe Co SPY spiral systems are engineered to elevate production lines sanitation standards, reducing cooling times and saving energy, due to a superefficient air flow system with variable control options.
